-*MOTION 111409a: Expenditures over $500 and emergency expenditure approvals: 1. The Board approves payment of invoice to Proforma for WFA purchase of merchandise for $1200 to support WFA merchandise sales. **PASSED
-Bob Nebermans presentation on lawyer expenditures
-*MOTION 111409c: The Board approves a resolution requiring that any Board member wishing to make contact with WFPA legal council and have the WFPA pay for those services, can only occur after receiving approval by obtaining majority vote of the WFPA Board. **PASSED
-Discussion: Dumpster Agreement and Bids for

Vote stalled, Sumners withdrew bid, No Motion and tabled until Dec. meeting
-**MOTION 111409e: Based upon submission of the ISO Committee Summary Report to the Board dated 11/14/09 and completion of the committee charter, the Board approves dissolution of the ISO Committee. **PASSED
-Discussion: Advisory Committee with John O’Hanesian
-**MOTION 111409f: The Board approves formation of Advisory Committee, to be chaired by John O’Hanesian. **PASSED
-Board thanked Sumners for years of dumpster service
